Please join the congregation in welcoming Asyah, the Bridge to Hope mom to La Casa. She moved into her apartment in June 2017 and has a delightful two year old girl and a one year old boy.
Rebecca, who graduated from our program on October 6th, 2016, has her own apartment and full-time job. She is now a member of La Casa de Cristo and her son Joe was baptized by Pastor Garman on October 30th, 2016.
La Casa de Cristo sponsors The Bridge to Hope, a transitional ministry that works to improve lives and reverse the devastating and long-term effects of poverty and homelessness among single mothers and their children.
In a stable housing environment, families receive education, job readiness and life skills training through a proven two year program. Volunteers offer fellowship and encouragement through church support teams, monthly dinners and prayer. Most importantly, families receive the gift of being loved for who they are.

Prayer request for The Bridge to Hope:
As you may know, LaCasa’s ministry with The Bridge, a program for the homeless, has been ongoing for over twenty years. Pray for God’s blessings on the Bridge, for its growth and development in the ministry of helping families finding hope.
