Please join the Campo Bello Team!
Campo Bello Elementary School uses volunteers in many ways. Some helpers work daily with 1st graders on reading basic words while others help with math in the upper elementary grades. An additional need is for writing helpers in the upper elementary grades. Our volunteers help individual students or small groups of students. If you have an hour or two once a week or even once a month, you can make a difference in a child’s learning. Training available. If you love seeing the spark in a child’s eyes when they “get it,” we’ll find a place for you that utilizes your skills. Consider joining our group of volunteers. Contact Esther Kovacs at email@example.com.
Another way to assist the Campo Bello Outreach is the Eagle’s Nest Thrift Shop! Open since 2009 on the Campo Bello campus, and also run by volunteers, the Eagle’s Nest receives donated items, then prepares for sale: adults’ and children’s clothing and shoes as well as toys, books, and all housewares. The shop is open once a week on Friday mornings to Campo Bello families and the surrounding community: prices are nominal! All profits go directly back to the school to help fund special programs and activities for students. Interested? Receive more information about volunteering and/or donating items by contacting Sharon Wayne at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make a difference! You will be helping a community!
