These days more than ever, I feel we are making a lot of decisions about our futures. A lot of planning is going on, trying to figure out how to proceed with careers, schooling our kids, families, and so on. It’s important to think about our futures, and to think about them in responsible and realistic ways.
All the things we need to deal with in life, from family to careers and other activities, can be overwhelming. We get so focused on these things and what we need to do each day that we forget about God. This leads us to make ourselves the center of our lives and decisions
Any decision must be filtered through the prayerful consideration of God’s desire for the lives of His children. When we do this groundwork, we can live our lives with purpose and passion, and ultimately use our lives for God’s glory.
