Some 1.8 billion Muslims practice their faith in the world today. As Christians, how much do we know about Islam? How and in what ways does it intersect with Christianity?

This six-week class will explore many topics related to this world-wide faith including: the ancient world at the time of Mohammed; the rise and fall of Islam as a learned civilization; the origins of radical Islam; the theologies of both Islam and Christianity; and the crossroads and intersections of the two faiths.
