But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
I don’t know about you, but I do not like to be weak in ANY situation. Whether it is physical strength or emotional strength, I want to believe I can handle just about everything.
However, our reality is different. I continually hear about people that are faced with unthinkable situations that make me wonder if I would be able to handle them if they were my own.
That’s where God speaks to us! God is telling Paul (and us) that His grace covers ALL of our weaknesses. He is with us and for us.
In times where you may feel weak, lean on God. For HIS strength is enough.
