Join our Lent Fitness program to DO more and MOVE more during Lent. You can be a part of a group that focuses on improving our health and helps our community move through the pandemic. No matter your age or fitness level, Move It Monday will work for you. You set your goals to increase movement, pick your activities, and track your weekly miles. 15 minutes of activity = 1 mile.
