Improve Your Health One Monday at a Time
Join our Lent Fitness program to DO more and MOVE more during Lent. You can be a part of a group that focuses on improving our health and helps our community move through the pandemic. No matter your age or fitness level, Move It Monday will work for you. You set your goals to increase movement, pick your activities, and track your weekly miles. 15 minutes of activity = 1 mile.
We will keep you learning, motivated, and inspired through weekly emails and a short podcast to get you started on your Monday Mile.
What do our bodies need in order to move? Yes, that’s right. FOOD. As we increase our movement, we will also increase our food donation collection.
The Paradise Valley Food Bank’s need for donations has increased due to the hardships caused by the pandemic and the drop in food drives. Please help feed the hungry in our surrounding northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale neighborhoods.
