Friday night is relaxed so feel free to come in your weekend comfort clothing. If you’re coming straight from work, that’s perfectly fine too, just wear whatever helps you feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the evening. On Saturday, one of the group sessions will include whole body movement with seated adaptations. So think comfortable, active and casual.
This year’s conference is aiming to serve more women of the valley by hosting this on our own campus. This lends itself to more participation, lower cost and a warmer climate.
