Feed My Starving Children

December Packing Event
Dec 12 - 14

Our next packing event is December 12 to 14.   We need your help because every child matters. We know that when one child’s life is saved, this is an incredible victory. No matter what your role looks like you get to be a part of saving lives and see the tangible life-change that happens when a malnourished child eats FMSC meals.

Last year’s packing event was a huge success with over 132K meals packed right here at La Casa de Cristo.

We need you here the weekend of Dec 12-14!  You can setup, pack  or cleanup, every job is important in helping feed hungry children across the globe.   Matthew 25:35 tells us ‘For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, ‘

Let us live out those words spoken by Jesus to serve and be generous.

Yes! You can be part of our labeling crew and put FMSC stickers on each bag before it’s filled with food. This is a vital step to the packing process, and you can sit while doing it.

If you’re allergic to soy, unfortunately, you won’t be able to pack. BUT we’d love to have join the labeling crew for your shift and help us put FMSC labels on each bag before it’s filled with food. This is a vital step to the packing process in an allergen-free zone!

FMSC offers volunteers a one-of-a-kind experience. You’ll hand-pack rice, soy, dried vegetables and a nutritionally complete blend of vitamins and minerals into bags which are then sealed, boxed, placed on pallets and shipped to our incredible partners working hard to reach the neediest children around the world.

Each package contains rice and an assortment of nutritious vegetables. It also contains Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Vitamins A, C, E, as well as Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, and Vitamin B6
